Champ Camp Self Defense is a workshop which combines standing Self defense techniques with ground/floor practices and offensive & defensive strategies for improving our personal safety/protection abilities.
This workshop will not only be a good, fun and hard workout, but will give us an enhanced sense of awareness/heightened alertness & entirely increased confidence in our ability of self preservation.
This self defense course is definitely worth it and beneficial as it teaches you to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and how to defend yourself in the event that you are attacked.
The course teaches physical techniques as well as psychological preparation which may not be as easy to learn at home without a trainer.
Modifications will be made for any physical limitations and this is a trauma informed course.
